Please i am looking for a good, very very affordable web designer to design a social website which will enable my friends in my university upload pictures and discuss issues in a chat room or forum. Users should be able to create an account and sign it to access the site. The web designer should be able to create the website logo as well.

N.B- I am only a student and the website is a non profitable website so pls pls am begging let your fees be cheap. Thank you
